1.How will the driver wait at the airport?
Taxi Alicante drivers wait at the arrival gate with a sign indicating your name. It is also recommended to turn on your mobile phone just after landing so our driver can contact you when necessary.
2.Can you pick up more people?
Yes, we can do that. Make sure to mention this as “group transport” in the additional information section when booking your transport service or requesting a quote. We will be glad to help you with all your doubts regarding our airport transport.
3.What should I do if our flight times have changed?
As is logical, previously indicated arrival and departure times are never 100% accurate. However, if important changes are applied, please contact us as soon as possible.
4.My flight is delayed and I will arrive much later. What should I do?
If the flight is delayed for more than 45 minutes, please let us now by phone (no SMS or Whatsapp messages, please!).
5.What are your fares?

6.Payment methods?
You can pay via bank transfer to IBAN ES82 3045 2662 4027 2001 0013 – B.I.C.: CCRIES2A045. You can book and pay online via credit card on our website www.taxialicante.eu.
7.I want to cancel the booked service?
Cancelations due to urgent matters are accepted up to 24 hours before the start of your booked journey. If cancelation is requested within less than 24 hours, then we will need to charge you the full price of the booked service.
8.Do you apply a night fare?
Yes, our night time charge applies from 10:00pm to 06:00am. Within that period, an extra charge of 10.00 (ten) euros is added to the regular rates and prices.
